Darryl Rodrigues

Darryl Rodrigues was admitted as a partner in 2006 and heads our Taxation and Business Services Division.

Specialising in the provision of accounting, business and high end taxation advice. Darryl has a varied portfolio of high wealth, family businesses and professional clients with whom he provides on-going year round advice.

He has a particular interest in business development consultancy and has assisted many clients into business and then counselled them in growing and expanding their business in line with their expectations.

Darryl provides assistance to our Superannuation clients with regards to year end compliance work.

Timothy Turner

As the founding partner of the Firm, Tim has been able to apply his passion for the public accounting profession, and through hard work and diligence grow and expand HTG Partners into a multi-disciplined specialist advisory Firm.

From its humble beginnings in 1984 HTG Partners now actively advises on all levels of accounting, audit and assurance, superannuation, taxation and business development.

Vick Gelevitis

Vick Gelevitis has been a partner since 1995 and has over 30 years’ experience in providing taxation, accounting and business advice to SME’s.

Tania Conlin

Tania has extensive professional experience in public practice delivering external audit services across a wide variety of industries. She spent 10 years as Assurance Manager with a Big 4 firm before moving across to HTG Partners. She has served a wide range of clients from varying industries with global and local operations.

Tania leads our technical audit team as she has a thorough understanding of Australian Accounting Standards, the Corporations Act, the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Act, the Australian Stock Exchange Listing Rules and keeps abreast of developments in these areas. She oversees our audit methodology and processes to ensure a quality audit is delivered.

Her industry experience extends from mining and resources to manufacturing, property development, retirement villages, construction, education, financial services, not-for-profits, retail, funds management and schools.

Janet Fernandes

Janet has been with the Firm for over 10 years, having worked in commerce for a mining company. During her time with us, Janet has grown our Superannuation Compliance Division. In particular, Janet services around 45 accounting and administration firms for the audit of their SMSF clients. This entails dealing with a wide range of SMSF compliance issues and working to resolve these issues.

Janet is experienced with SMSF trustee compliance obligations under the SIS Act and Regulations and can assist trustees with the following:

• Understanding and applying the new Super Reforms effective as at 1st July 2017
• Minimum and Maximum Pension Obligations
• Contribution Caps
• Understanding and Resolving any Breaches of the Legislation – Inclusive of Negotiating Enforceable Undertakings with the ATO

Mimi Secco

Mimi has substantial experience as a Chartered Accountant in a global accounting firm, which has provided her with valuable experience working locally and overseas.

She has extensive experience in the private sector, holding senior positions in various industries including gaming, hospitality, and wholesaling. As a former business owner, Mimi is highly cognisant of the risks and compliance matters faced by businesses.

Mimi’s experience in the semi-government sector, specifically in finance and audit roles, ties in with her current numerous roles in not-for-profit associations on a voluntary basis.

Mimi’s role at the Firm includes providing management advice on business risk, streamlining operational processes and enhancing reporting systems to meet business needs.

Nicholas Turner

Nicholas has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UWA.

He was employed as a graduate auditor with Stantons International and then transferred to EY. 

While at EY he completed his post-graduate professional studies and is now a Chartered Accountant, with 5 years experience in the auditing & assurance field.

Nicholas commenced with HTG Partners in 2020, and is a vital team member in our busy audit division.  He is involved with a full portfolio of audit clients ranging from self managed super funds, not-for-profit entities, companies and non-government schools.

Kenneth Yeoh

Kenneth joined HTG Partners in April 2021, and is our primary self-managed super fund (“SMSF”) auditor.

He moved to Australia from Malaysia in 2016, with his family. In Malaysia Kenneth was engaged as the accountant for businesses involved in property development, IT distribution and construction projects.

Kenneth is responsible for the maintenance of our SMSF regulatory framework and compliance standards pursuant to the SIS Act.

Kenneth’s intensive 5 years’ experience in the SMSF sector means he has a sound grasp of complex compliance issues facing trustees of SMSF.

Holly Tricklebank

Holly has valuable experience both within business and as a provider of accounting and tax services for a range of clients.  

She has worked in regional services, the training sector and more recently in the hospitality industry.  Her practical skills in well-rounded roles place her in an excellent position to meet the expectations of our clients in the business community.

Specifically, Holly assists our clients with:

Shivali Sharma

Shivali joined HTG Partners after having gained hands on accounting experience in the business sector, and in local accounting and advisory firms. She has also had considerable experience as a teacher overseas in the field of business statistics.

Shivali is an important team member in our Business Services division where she handles small to medium sized entity clients, family businesses, micro business and personal tax return clients.

Shivali is responsible for:

Elizabeth Dang

Elizabeth joined the HTG team in 2006 and is the backbone of the administration department.

Her other major roles are Client Liaison and PA for the partners of the Firm.

Jenni Brennan

Jenni was originally a Primary School Teacher and also worked part time managing the books for a small business. She has been with the company since 2009 and Jenni’s is one of the first friendly faces you see, and voices you hear, when making contact with HTG Partners.

Apart from attending to reception and administration duties, she is also responsible for file preparation for the Audit team and management of our File Director e-document storage and retrieval system.

Maria Leone

Maria joined the Firm in 2008 after working in retail for 15 years. She has also worked part-time bookkeeping for a family business.

Being the first point of contact at HTG Partners, Maria greets our clients & visitors with a warm friendly smile and manner.

In addition to her reception duties Maria is also responsible for electronic storage of our files and documents and assists in the overall running of our File Director e-document storage and retrieval system.
