HTG Partners is committed to looking after our client’s needs and we apologise for any inconveniences during these difficult and unprecedented times.
We are notifying all of our clients in relation to some precautionary measures we have decided to implement within our office to protect our workplace from the current coronavirus outbreak. These are in line with the World Health Organisations recommendations.
The aim is to ensure we can continue to operate as best as possible without being unduly affected; looking to minimise any disruption to our business in general and provide the best possible services to you, our clients.
We therefore advise that the following have been communicated with our staff:
• Clients and staff must wear an approved face mask during all client appointments regardless of state government requirements;
• Staff must ensure adherence to basic general hygiene practices (per WHO recommendations);
• Staff are requested to limit personal contact in and around the office; and
• Staff will undertake phone conferences rather than face to face meetings where appropriate.
In addition to this, our staff have been notified that a 7 day self-quarantine period (exclusion from the office) will be required if they:
• Are returning from travel anywhere overseas ; or
• Come into contact with anyone affected by the virus.
We are still OPEN for business.
However, our priority is to ensure the safety and welfare of our clients, staff and the wider community.
Although we are taking face to face appointments, we recommend and would prefer appointments be conducted as:
o Telephone Call Appointments;
o Correspondence through Emails and Mail;
