Timothy Turner is a Registered Company Auditor, Registered Superannuation Auditor, Certified Taxation Advisor and Senior Partner with Accounting firm HTG Partners.
Mr Turner currently sits on the Board of four (4) listed explorers, being:
- Cape Lambert Resources Limited (CFE);
- Legacy Iron Ore Limited (LCY) – resigned August 2017;
- International Petroleum Limited (IOP) and
- Petronor E & P Limited (OSLO BORS – PNOR).
Which have various listings on the ASX, NSX, OSLO (Norway) and previously CFE was on AIM.
In addition he is the chairman or member on a number of Audit and Risk Committees and Remuneration Committees.
Mr Turner has a very sound understanding of Corporate Manoeuvring, Continuous Disclosure Obligations and Corporate Governance applying to listed companies.
